We hope you love your SUNORA products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used tanning products unless they are faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.
